In the instructions, it says that the machine is easy to put together. Windows XP SP3, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, and Linux are all supported.

If you buy this machine, you get T8 screw rod driving units, three 42 stepper motors, and a 775 (12-36V)24V spindle motor with a speed of 10000r/min.
All kinds of plastics, soft aluminum, wood, acrylics, PVC, PVC boards, and more can be engraved with this tool. It can also be used to cut through metal.
First, I’ll tell you what’s good. Choose this kind of CNC even though I knew it would be hard to put together because of the materials. There are parts of it that are made of solid aluminum, which I like because it’s strong and durable. In the right way, it feels heavy and strong. It has a manual now. The one I bought before and returned didn’t have one, and the few instructions were incomplete or wrong, so I returned it. This one has one. This one has a very nice and up-to-date printed manual. After I put it together, I tried out all of the features and everything worked as it should. I did have an advantage because I had already built the other one, and it was almost the same. When I got this one, I was happy to find that all of the parts were the right ones. I don’t know if it’s because of the different vendor or because it is a new model. You can buy a different one that is the same but updated. It has a different motherboard and is made of bakelite. It’s easier to build, but I like this one because it’s all metal.
Now, the bad: There isn’t very much software for routing. I thought this wouldn’t be a problem because there are a lot of free apps out there. I was way off. I haven’t been able to find a good free program for CNC. One person charges $600 or more. It looks like Easel from Inventables might be a good one. After you try it out for free, the price is under $100. You can only do a few lines of free testing. I didn’t try it because I got frustrated too quickly and it turns out your only free test is just a few lines. Still, it looks like it could be a good idea for me to try. This one is free and called DXF to G-Code. It looks simple, but I’ll try it. Inkscape can also make G-Code (great program and free). Getting it to work isn’t easy, but it looks good.
On my second test, the machine stopped for no reason about two-thirds of the way through. I can’t connect any more robots to this machine because my computer doesn’t have a COM port, so I can’t use it. You should keep this in mind if you have a lot of different toys. Once a device takes over a COM port, it doesn’t like to give it back. When a COM port is open, there is no way to close it. If you have another robot or device that needs to use the same COM port, your computer’s software will automatically open the port so that the device can be used. This can be very annoying, but it’s a fact of life. Not even to see who is using them and close the app has worked for me so far. The good thing about this machine is that because it comes with a control, you can use it even if you don’t have a computer. You can save your files to a memory card and print them right on the machine. If you are using a laser or a router, this kind of machine will make either a lot of noise or some smoke. This is also good, because this kind of machine will make either smoke or noise. Offline: You can keep the machine in your garage or even just take it outside to work on your project.
