I just bought a drill. There are no rules. Perfect: The outer package was perfect, but someone took a torn up box and sent it to us. There was no paperwork with the box. The instructions aren’t there, and there is no way I know of to get them. If we can’t figure out how to use it, we will have to return it. I’m not even sure we got the right parts. There is an Alan wrench that comes with the product, but it doesn’t fit anywhere on it. This looks like we were sent someone else’s return that wasn’t complete. But I don’t know for sure. Oh, that’s so bad.
Update. I was told that there are no instructions, just a list of parts that we got from the store. When we learned how to use the Alan wrench, all the people who are skilled at making things stopped laughing. The wrench is too big. Finally, it works well.
