Buy 3/8

Use: This impact gun is great for automotive work like transmission, exhaust, body, and small engine repair. It can also be used in tight places like engine compartments and under cars.

[CONTROL]: This unit has a butterfly throttle that lets you control speed and direction with one hand. You can use it to apply torque to sockets and other things in hard-to-reach places.

In terms of design, it’s small and lightweight and can be used in small, hard-to-reach places. It has a 360 degree air inlet swivel so it can be used at odd angles under the hood at home or in the garage.

Protective rubber nose guard to keep your air tool and other surfaces safe while you work on your car or vehicle.

It has a free speed of 10,000 RPM; an air inlet of 1/4″ NPT; a hose size of 3/8″ OD; 4 CFM air consumption; 90-120 PSI air pressure; and a maximum torque of 75 Ft-Lbs.

It has a 3/8-inch Butterfly Air Impact Wrench that can be used in small, tight places. It has 10,000 RPM free speed and 75 ft-lbs of torque.

A parts list that was almost too small to read was the only thing there. I bought this to replace a Campbell-Hausfeld TL1017 that broke down. The Neiko 30088A looks like the TL1017. Because the retaining ring doesn’t widen enough to hold a socket, this is a big deal.

Taking a look at some of the other reviews. No, don’t buy one of these to get wheel lug nuts off or anything else that’s too tight (rusty or not). A full-size 1/2 inch impact wrench, some good impact sockets and a lot of penetrating oil are all good tools to have if you’re working on your car’s suspension bolts and nuts. If you live in the Northeast, you already know what I mean by that.

The main benefit of these Butterfly drivers is that they are small and can connect to hoses that rotate. There is a lot of space in the engine compartment, so these tools are great for getting things done.
