I usually don’t write reviews, but I had to write one for this because I didn’t have any other choice.
I’m a Dewalt man. I own all the Dewalt tools I can get.
Dewalt 20v nails were $500, but there was also this thing.
When I saw what other people had to say about the product, I thought, “Hell no.” It had to be like one of those “as seen on TV” deals. But for the price, it could be a toy for a child.
So, I bought one on Amazon, as well.
Out of the box, it was heavy, and I thought my arms would be jelly at the end of a 16’x16′ pool deck project.
In……
Not a single jam in 1000 3 1/2 in NAILS.
This tool is very well made and durable, like a tool from the 70’s or 80’s. I dropped it a few times, but it didn’t break, and it still works very well.
There’s no way this price isn’t a typo. I might just buy another one just to have.
Still, I’m a fan of Dewalt tools. But for a pneumatic framer, this big machine is a gem in a rough place.
And there aren’t any arms made of Jello.
