I’ll be honest: I can be harsh with tools. Make sure you don’t make the same mistake I did and think these attachments can handle the power. When I was using my power drill to put in deck screws, I found that one of them was at an angle that the drill couldn’t get through. I bought these. To screw it in, I tried to do it myself. The screws were very hard to work with, so it took a while for my wrist to get tired. When I first did this, I tried the flexible arm. It bent when I tried to use it, and then it broke in two. OK, I thought that was a little too much. Those aren’t very strong, so I went too far.

Nex. Angled heads are better, but you still need to be able to hold them at a weird angle as the drill twists, which in my case was pretty hard. The last time I tried to fix it, I gave up and left it with only a few screws. Driver parts that hold bits had broken and chipped off in one corner. Because it’s made of hard metal, it doesn’t bend or break. To be honest, I don’t think they did a good job.

In general, I don’t think these things should be blamed for this, but I do think they should come with some kind of disclaimer that these are really only for low-torque things. I think these would be great if you can screw things together by hand. It’s not worth it if you have to work very hard to get the screw in without these. You should look for a better way to get it in.
