The only issue I’d like to get resolved is that the RPM display on the VFD is significantly out of sync with reality. When I turn it up to its maximum volume, it does not read 24000, but rather something in the neighborhood of 10,000. It’s possible that there is a problem with the program’s configuration to display the correct rpms. The Hz reading, on the other hand, is correct; it ranges from 0 to 400. In the meantime, I’ve been converting Hz to RPMs by multiplying the desired spindle speed by 0.0166666666.
