This series is 30 to 50% lighter in weight than Casted Rolling Mills, and it is constructed of precision steel for extreme strength and long-term durability. Steel Rolling Mills are used for cold rolling metal in order to produce thinner gauges of sheet metal and wire, as well as transferring textures to your metal and making the thickness more uniform. In the rolling mill, a 4:1 reduction gear ratio from Pepe Tools allows the rollers to turn completely in one complete turn for every four turns of the handle. The amount of force required to operate the rolling mill is reduced as a result of this. The “T” bar located at the very top of the Rolling Mill is used to open and close the rollers of the mill as needed. When the rollers are completely closed, the measurements should be “true” cylindrical. This means that they should be flush against each other with no visible gaps.
