Operation.
1. You can’t grind without water. Make sure that the grinding wheel is wet.
2. When using the grinding wheel, use only a small amount of strength. Do not use too much strength.

3. Clean the water reservoir after you use it. Clean up the rest of the mess after grinding: remove the reservoir, then clean the rest of the mess up.
4. In order to keep your grinding machine working for a long time, you should clean and add lubricant to the engine shaft every 25 hours after each use. You should also remove the grinding wheel and the fixed screw from the machine.

An understatement: I’m not happy with this grinder at all. For my stained glass projects, I bought this to use as a grinder.
There were scuff marks all over the body when I opened the box. Several, not just a few.
Second: Poor instructions. The instructions in the box were for the wrong thing. In order to get the right instructions, I sent a message to the company. They sent me photos of the wrong ones again. I gave up and decided to return this grinder by the time I got the second manual. Based on what I could tell from looking at both sets of “instructions,” they were both just generic and would have been useless if someone needed help with a specific problem.
The third problem is that the screen attachment is not secure at all. It doesn’t come with the right hardware to secure it or even make it stable, which caused the plexiglass screen to break in the first minute of trying to install it.
When I finally tried to turn on the grinder, it didn’t even work. I had already had a lot of disappointments, so this was a surprise. Because the wrong instructions didn’t say anything about a fuse, I didn’t know what it was for. So I went to twist open the fuse box, which was stuck. When I hit the power button, I was shocked right away. It was a pretty big shock. It didn’t work for me when I tried to open the fuse box to try to change the fuse and get it to work again. This is how it worked: The whole mechanism just came out of the machine itsel.
As a whole, I would give this product and my experience 0 out of 5 if it were possible. This grinder isn’t worth it. Otherwise, this grinder is a complete waste of money. It takes a lot of time and effort to use. I was very disappointed with this, so I ended up giving it back.
