The repair kit for the Dehorner III is in the box. In 1984, Portasol made the first orange gas soldering iron, called the “Technic,” and sold it. We make all of our own plastic and metal parts at our plant in Carlow, Ireland. Portasol products are all made here in Ireland. Quality has always been at the heart of our technology, and what gives Portasol the edge is that our tools are more reliable and durable. Products are tested for two weeks before they leave our factory to make sure they work well and can be set to different temperatures.
