The FlexFoot positioning feature of this tool allows you to fasten wood flooring with thicknesses ranging from 3/8″ to 3/4″.
The Powernail Flex is recommended for use on 3/8″, 1/2″, and 5/8″ Tongue and Groove flooring, as well as some 3/4″ exotics, bamboo, and other solid wood flooring, as well as some 3/4″ engineered hardwood flooring.
A White 3mi Mallet, two Allen wrenches, a user manual, lubricating oil, and an extra driving blade are included.

This nailer (cleater?) is indestructible, simple to operate, and simple to maintain. I’ve used this nailer to install over 2500 square feet of 3.4″ ipe in my house, and it’s been fantastic. In case you didn’t know, ipe is extremely difficult to work with and cannot be face nailed or even used with an 18 gauge pneumatic nailer. I did have to use subfloor adhesive for the first and last three courses because the nailer doesn’t work close enough to the wall, but other than that, this nailer performed flawlessly throughout the project. My only complaint is that the hammer that comes with the unit is not the best option; I prefer to use a 3 pound dead blow hammer in place of the included hammer.
