I tried it once. worked out great. put the battery on charg. Then, use it again. Nothing. It doesn’t do anything. When did this happen? 10/14/2. signed up for the item’s warranty. check out service places. 1 doesn’t work with this brand, and the rest are either closed or too far away. I try to call them. It’s been 15 minutes and there hasn’t been a pick up. So, be careful when you buy something. You buy cheap, and you get cheap goods.
Changes: 10/2. I have been in touch with the company. To fix the problem, they’ve tried two times to do it the right way. Sending out a new battery and a new charger. That didn’t work out. Then, they called back. They sent me another one. Works great. I took the first one apart. Found that the red/hot wire had come loose from the solder when I was putting it together. So I took the screws out. Works great. So, in the end, the company made up with me.
