Buy PRO2-100 100 Watt Professional Heavy Duty Hot Glue Gun - Uses full size, 7/16

In order to get the most out of your power, you need 2.5 times more.

Construction that is built to last can be used in more industrial situations.

Full-size (0.43-inch) high-temperature glue sticks are used.

It has a safety fuse that shuts off the glue gun when there is a short, and the heated nozzles protect you from getting burned.

Professionals use this high-temperature glue gun to make about 2.5 pounds of glue an hour. It has 100 watts of heating power. Solid state PTC (positive temperature control) heaters are used. Gun: This one is light weight, which helps with hand fatigue, and has an ergonomically designed long trigger for less work. On/Off switch, wire stand, and safety fuse: The gun has all of these things. If there is a short, the gun will shut itself off. Surebonder high-temperature full-size glue sticks are the best choice for best results.

Still going strong after 6 years: used it for a big-ish project. Because I paid $35 for this in 2015, I can’t say I’m not happy.

I’ve had and used a lot of cheap “home use” hot glue guns in the past. I think most people have guns, so I’ll compare this one to them.

This one is much more durable and fits the hand better. The trigger is big and gives you a lot of power to squeeze the glue out. It doesn’t drip when it’s not being used. It feels like it won’t break even if it’s roughed up. There’s an on/off switch on the handle. It also comes with a little wire stand that can be taken off (as seen on the picture). The wire stand isn’t the best, but it works.

After it’s heated up, this gun can be used for a long time without having to wait for it to warm up again. It takes about the same amount of time to heat up as the cheap guns I’ve used before.

If you hate your hot glue gun but don’t use it for work, this is for you. If you use hot glue all the time, there may be bigger and better guns out there for you.

All of the glue sticks I’ve used with this work. Make sure to use Surebonder H-810R Glue Sticks. They’re a little sticky, but not as sticky as other glue sticks. Stanley Dual-Temp glue sticks are also a favorite of mine (more on the hard side, have a slight blue-ish tint).
