RS-485 is used for communication control. Vibration is less than 0.5G. Temperature range of operation: -10°C to 40°C. Five-Digit Display and Status Indicator Lamps display frequency, current, revolution, voltage, counter, temperature, forward or reverse running, fault, and so on. They are also used to indicate the status of other devices.
Other than the 4 segment reduction time (0.1-6500 seconds) that can be arbitrarily selected, not only can set a V / F curve, but also set torque; starting torque can reach 150 percent when up to 10.0 percent is applied. Other features include an automatic voltage regulator (AVR), deceleration stop or free stop, DC brake, automatic reset reset, frequency tracking, PLC program control, transverse control, carrier adjustable by a maximum of 20kHz, and so on.
6-way multi-function input/output terminals that can implement 8 speed control, program operation, 4-segment reduction switching, UP/DOWN functions, counter, and an external emergency stop function are provided. In addition to the running, zero speed, counter, external abnormality, program operation, and other information and warnings, there are 5 multi-function output terminals.
Functions for multi-protection, such as overload protection, FUSE broken-motor stops protection, over-voltage / low-voltage protection, restarted by frequency track after instantaneous stop, anti-stall during acceleration/deceleration operation, and electronic circuit protection are all available. Additionally, there are numerous other protection features, such as overheat protection, restriction of reverse running, direct start after power on, fault reset, parameter lock PID, one drive more (and many more).
In order to achieve the cooling effect, the frequency converter must be installed vertically and the air must be allowed to flow smoothly through the unit during operation. Please carefully read the inverter’s instruction manual (which is included in the package) before installing and using the product to ensure that all of its functions are utilized and that it is safe to use and install.
It appears that these are effective; I use them because I needed to mount them to the machine and wanted a low-cost disposable unit.
