In 18 months, the lithium ion batteries that power the cordless screwdriver will keep their charge.

Pivot allows the rechargeable screwdriver to get into hard-to-reach places.

The powered screwdriver has a battery level indicator and a magnetic bit holder.

The Universal Fast Charger (USB) can charge up to five times faster.

LED lights make it easier to see in dark places.

For 18 months, a lithium battery that can be recharged can hold a charge.

Pivot makes it easier to get into small places.

In this style, the screwdriver doesn’t have a cord.

With a pivoting head, this battery-powered electric screwdriver is great for getting into small places. This screwdriver from BLACK+DECKER has new features that make it easy to do simple household tasks. These features include a battery status indicator and an LED light.

No, it isn’t perfect, but at this price point, it did meet my expectations better than I thought it would.

Ideal for around the house. Open my laptop case, build things like my new shop vac, work on appliances and lights, and the list goes on.

Straight to 90° pistol lock is very strong. All metal: The drive case. Several inches long of rubber padding go around the nose of the case. The battery’s status light. Trigger the LED headlight. It has the same type of micro USB port that other chargers have, so it can charg. It has both a magnetic and a mechanical chuck for your bits. Lithium-ion 4volt power cell with a lot of power. That’s just a few of the things it can do.

A few weeks ago, I saw one of these at a Home Depot and decided to buy one for myself. Black & Decker hasn’t made a new product in at least 30 years, with high-end tools like Bosch, Makita, and Dewalt.

I own two homes, and I’m always fixing or upgrading them and working on a lot of cars. Things caught my eye.

Watch out for products that still use NiCd or NiMh batteries.

It has a USB port, so I could charge this thing from my car stereo or laptop or even a phone cube. I could even charge it from my PlayStation.

I like that I don’t have to keep track of a separate charger for each of my phones.

#3. Change, going from a pistol to a straight. At a desk, working in front of you, the inline form feels right. When you’re facing a wall, the pistol position feels right.

4th: Torque. In terms of the specs of other cordless screwdrivers, this one has one of the most torque numbers.

Some of the things I don’t like: There should be a ridge near the forward reverse button and trigger so it doesn’t get switched by accident. I think I’ll use some epoxy mixed with micro balloon filler to build up the case in those places. There is a direction switch on the top of the cheaper version (BDCS30), but it doesn’t have the pistol to inline feature. Some of the springs on the trigger could be stronger. It’s very quick, but it’s also very small. Another thing that isn’t good about this: the kit that comes with it is useless. It also doesn’t have a traditional (blade) style bit. I didn’t buy it based on that, though.

A power screwdriver can be used to work on computers or do a lot of other things that a person who owns a home does. It’s great for those screws on electrical fixtures and computer cases that take a long time to screw in. Purchase a 1/4″ to 4mm adapter and use all the precision 4mm bits from Wiha and ifixit.

I can’t say anything about the bad reviews and problems other people have had. I think every now and then a flaw will slip through. I can say that I’m very picky and don’t like bad or poorly made products. I don’t have a problem returning something and giving it a bad review. If I could, I would give it five stars because of the switch problem. I’m sure I can fix that.

My brother used a lot of sheet metal screws to put together his metal storage building. I wish I had this when I helped him put it together.

P.S. The BDCS40/30 and 20 will be great gifts this Christmas if you add a simple bit set.

I’m not a part of this product.

I didn’t get anything for my review.

I think this is a good product.
