The first thing I want to say is that I love my other Ridgid tools because they are so good for the price. When I had to use their warranty, everything went well. I bought this tool to help me remove the lug nuts. I did the math to make sure I bought enough tool to do the job. The lug nuts on my car are torqued to 100ft/lbs. This tool couldn’t move them. I then re-torqued the nut to 90 ft/lb to see what it would do. So far, it hasn’t. Then, 80 ft/lb. Finally, the nut came out.
If I got a lemon or something else, I can’t say I’m very happy.
