People called it new and paid for new things. A twist tie on the cord isn’t the first sign that this isn’t new. When you plug it in, it doesn’t even work at all. There’s a good chance Amazon should look into Another Day in Paradise PCB because they’re selling things that aren’t new. So angry with everyone who was involved. I think this shows me that I should stay loyal to Dewalt. The replacement came today, and the seller claimed it was new, even though it was clearly not new. This is the second time the seller has been dishonest. There was grease in the case cord that wasn’t twist-tied. Make sure you don’t buy tools from another day in paradise pcb
