It didn’t come with the dust management tool, the circle cutting tool, or the bag when I got my product. That second picture doesn’t show that I didn’t buy these three things. The circle cutter and dust management system can be bought elsewhere on Amazon, but the storage bag is not. Amazon is in charge of the content here.
