One star because the product description says it’s “heavy duty.” I’m using a Foredom knockoff, which is much heavier than the Dremel or Proxxon I’m using, so I don’t think that this is true for me. The stand bends under the weight, the telescoping rod keeps breaking, and the hanger on the top is too small for the diameter of the motor (4.25 inches). This means that the motor doesn’t hang naturally in a vertical position because the hanger is too small. The product description should say that this stand is not good for bigger or heavier flex shaft grinders.
