The drums didn’t fit right out of the box, and some people didn’t like that. I don’t know why. To tighten the nut on the sanding sleeve so that it fits better over the drum, tighten the nut. The drum will expand to fit the sleeve. A lot of people have a hard time getting the sleeve on their drum because it’s too big.
