The short answer. It works, but I’d rather buy the one that can be used with “standard” glue sticks.
It took me a long time to find a glue gun that worked again. Because I already have a lot of Ryobi 18v tools like this one, I had to choose between this and the bigger Ryobi glue gun.
It doesn’t matter that I looked up the size difference between glue sticks and mini-glue sticks. I didn’t know how much smaller they really were until they came. If you don’t have more than two mini glue sticks, you won’t be able to fix anything.
