The 36 in. flexible shaft pen design allows for more precision and comfort, and the 1/8 in. collet can hold most other tools. The ONE+ Rotary Tool has rubber feet to keep it from sliding and keyholes to hang it up. It’s easy to use and easy to store. Works great, it’s easy to use in the field because you don’t need an extension cord. It works well with the 20 or so Ryobi One batteries I have. Because the Collet isn’t made of aluminum, it’s not good. By touching the surface, it can quickly be damaged. Collet nuts can’t be bought anywhere else, so you have to make your own. I looked and called for hours and even went to Home Depot. The “universal” nuts for a Dremmel don’t work because they don’t have the right size. It took me a long time to get through to Ryobi. After an hour on the phone, they said you can’t buy the nut. It’s also possible to buy the whole flexible rotary head set for $40. People buy new cars because their tires are flat.
