Buy P208 One+ 18V Lithium Ion Drill/Driver with 1/2 Inch Keyless Chuck by Ryobi (Batteries Not Included, Power Tool Only)

TOOL-FREE BIT CHANGES: You don’t need chuck keys to change bits here. Place the bit in the chuck, grip it, and turn on the drill to make it lock.

Variable torque and speed: A 2-speed gearbox and a 24-position clutch let you use the machine in a wide range of places, from your home to the construction site.

Keep extra bits or screws on the tool when you’re high up on a ladder and need them quickly.

The pistol-style handle has an RUBBERIZED OVERGRIP, which makes the tool easier to use in slippery places.

LED LIGHTS light up your work surface when the drill is turned on, making it easier to see and allowing you to work in dark places.

The motorized drill/driver is a must-have item in any toolbox. The drill / driver can be used by anyone from a do-it-yourselfer to a professional contractor. It’s more useful than almost any other power tool on the market. Ryobi’s P208 is one of these drill drivers, designed for people who do a lot of work around the house. It’s a good value for the money, and it does a lot of work. You can use it right away if you already have another Ryobi One+ tool. It can be used with any Ryobi 18V Lithium Ion or NiCad battery (P100). You can use it to drive common screws because it comes with a drill bit with a phillips head. Keyless chucks make it easy to change the bits, as well. You can use a lot of different bits for different things, both small and powerful. The P208 can do a lot of different things because of its variable speed gearbox (which has two speeds) and 24 position clutch. As long as you have the magnetic fastener or bit holder attached to the base of the tool, you won’t have to worry about losing them while you work on the job at hand. Ryobi means reliable, and the P208 drill / driver is no exception. Purchased this drill and when it arrived, it was in a mylar bag with an owners manual, NO warranty card or a manufacturer’s box and that’s because the P208B (According to Ryobi) was not meant to be sold by itself. It’s part of a combo kit, therefore, I may not be able to validate the 3 year warranty that all Ryobi power tools come with.

***UPDATE**. I decided to return the drill for the reasons above and also because the chuck doesn’t close all the way making it impossible to use 1/16″ drill bits which my old “Blue” Ryobi drill had no problem with.
