If you want to make your home look better, you can use the Ryobi ONE+ 18-Volt Quarter Sheet Sander to do it. There are a lot of different ways you can use it to finish things, and because it’s cordless, you can move it from job site to job site or around your house. It has a 1/4 sheet design that works with most sandpapers and a lock on switch that makes it easy to use. It has a dust bag that will keep your work surfaces clean, and it has a vacuum adapter port that will make clean up quick and easy (adaptor not included). As long as you have 12,000 RPMs and more than 40 minutes of run time, you will always have enough power to get the job done. If you have a lot of finishing sanders, this one would be a good one to have.

You only bought this Ryobi sander because DeWalt didn’t make one that could be used with battery power, so you bought this one. Unlike the Ryobi packaging in the picture, this sander didn’t come with any Ryobi packaging at all. It came in a plain white box, which makes me wonder why and what’s wrong with the thing, even though it’s likely to be fine. Only for 10 seconds did the 18-volt battery I already had work. It was charged and only used a few times on a power drill that I don’t use any more. Initially, I thought the sander was broken. I gave the battery a full night’s charge and tried again, and the sander seems to work fine, even though I’ve only used it for about 2 minutes so far. As others have said, this sander is likely to use a lot of power, which made my first use less than ideal. Others have said their use lasted about 10 minutes before the battery ran out, so I think this sander needs and uses a lot of power. The on/off buttons were very hard to push down, so they didn’t work very well at al. Having a handle would make it easier to hold the sander in place.
