When I tried to buy a ground rod driver for the third time, other brands wouldn’t fit or work, but this one does. It went into the chuck of my jack hammer without a hitch and worked well while I drove several ground rods. Because chisels are long enough to keep debris out of the jackhammer’s bucket, this driver is also long enough. Driving ground rods doesn’t make any debris, and the extra length makes it hard to hold the driver above the rod you want to drive, so I don’t like it. In some places, I had to start a hole by hand to make room for the hammer and driver above. I wish they had cut the shaft down a little.
