This small device can make a big difference when it comes to removing wood dust from the air in your shop. Make sure you turn this filter on while you’re working and set the timer to run when you leave the shop. It will keep the air clean of small particles that might otherwise find a home in places you don’t want them to.
There has been a short amount of time since I bought this unit, but I can tell that the air is being cleaned by the machine. As the instructions say, how you place this unit is important to getting the most out of it. This is why. In the shop, this unit isn’t meant to be the only way to get rid of dust. It is a second way to get rid of dust. It’s hard to get rid of dust with my current method of collecting it, so I use a GVS SPR457 Elipse P100 Half Mask Respirator that I bought on Amazon to filter it. This remote control system has a lot to offer, but it doesn’t work very well at all. The remote needs to be close to and facing the control panel in order to work the thing. All in all, I’m happy with this unit and think it was worth the money I paid for i.
After a while, I can see a big difference in the amount of dust in my shop. This thing does work, and I’ve already had to clean the filter with a hose or something.
