It looked used but had no problems with assembly and had all of the parts, I would recommend this product if you are on a tight budget and want to branch out from the standard sanders. I was skeptical after reading other reviews, but every review is different, I can honestly say I have no problems with this product and for the money, even though it is priced at 700$, it works very well compared to the 2500$ 2/72s, it looked used but had no problems with assembly and had all of the parts
