The double-tooth ratchet has twice as many teeth as the single-tooth ratchet. This means that the double-tooth ratchet has half the arc swing.
DT120 has a mechanism that has 120 teeth on each side.
If you need more precision and access in tight places, a Dt ratchet gives you twice as much.

There were two people who made the Sherman-Klove Company in the early 1900s: Mason H. Sherman and Noah Grover Klove. In the beginning, we did a lot of work for other businesses, making tools and parts for them. After making munitions and mortar shell casings during World War I, we went back to making high-quality tools for the American tradesman. This is what we do best and what still drives us today. To start, we made the Round-Headed Ratchet. Then, we came up with the SK X-FRAME Ratcheting Wrench.
The first product was made 45 years ago, and it still works the way it was meant to. There are now two more tools I’ve bought: 1/4 drive and Hex drive for the bit set. I noticed that the knur on the tool handle has a different depth, which makes it look weaker than the handle’s knur that’s not as deep. It was important to have quality control in place so the machinist (lathe operator) could measure it right. I will give it 4.5 stars.
