There are many good things about this drill driver.
It worked for about 5 hours. I’m sorry to hear that. During the process of driving some screws, the drill driver stopped moving. I tried to figure out why it wouldn’t turn, but I couldn’t. There is no sound from the motor when the trigger is pressed, but the work light lights up. The battery has been fully charged, so it is ready to go. The tool had become one of my favorite things.
Update.
An Amazon rep told me that the return window had closed. She tried to use her tp contact skill, but she said it didn’t work. She gave me the number for the manufacturer so I could call them to get the warranty to work.
