Well, about three months after I bought this drill, it broke down. I mean bread that is dead. Nothing. Nada. I called Customer Service and they were very nice and are going to send me a new drill, so I didn’t give this one star. Afterwards, how would it be to stop working after three months of light use. There aren’t any contractors in my neighborhood. Because my old Skil was more than fifteen years old, it was clear that the quality had gone down.

It’s been through construction, endless projects, and a lot of leaps from high. I’ve only had to buy new NiCad batteries once. In the end, it died of a cracked shell. There was no question which brand I would buy to replace my old drill. The new one is small and lightweight, has a lot of power, and has a lot of battery life (no pun intended). It’s like a dream come true. Somewhere in my heart, I cried. This new drill feels like a spaceship.
