Besides Metal Bond Pads (#50 and 100), we have Metal Bond Pads (#200 and 400), Metal Bond Pads (#100 and 100), Resin Bond Pads (#200, 400, 800, #1500, and #3000), and Sponge #6000.
The polishing is done quickly and aggressively, so it lasts longer. A polishing disc that can be used both wet and dry. The pads set is good for dry use, but wet polishing would be better for getting a better finish.

In this case, the pads worked well with the 4 inch backing pad. I used them all, and they all worked as they should have. When I saw the results, I was pleased, but not over the moon about them. I wanted to see a pad with 8000 grits, which is not in this package. It was on beige marble (marfil) and a granite vanity top to shine up the edge I cut with a 3/4-inch Ogee diamond bit. You can add a little sparkle to marble or granite, but not enough to give it a polished look, so you’ll need to add more. My second choice took me in a new direction. What do you think? ( hint: you dissolve it in water)
