OPERATION: The centrifugal force of the positive and negative unbalanced moments in the rotor causes the vibration to occur. The rotor is supported by two heavy-duty sealed bearings that have been pre-lubricated and are matched.
LONG WORKING LIFE: The use of a special high-performance grease ensures that the product has a long working life. Both the inner and outer raceways of the bearing have been designed in such a way that the bearings can be removed without the use of special tools or equipment.
APPLICATION: The GT range of turbine vibrators is particularly well suited for use in the food and pharmaceutical industries, where exhaust contaminated with oil is an unacceptable byproduct of operations.

1. The vibrator body is made of an extruded aluminum alloy profile, which is lightweight and durable.
The vibrator’s threaded endplates are hard coated, allowing it to be used in the food and pharmaceutical industries, among other places.
2. BSP threads are used on the air pressure inlets and exhaust ports.
3. Because of its low noise level, it can be used in place of all other vibrator types in applications where low noise requirements are required.
4. Air turbine vibrators can also be used in situations where there is no lubricated air pressure available; however, an airline filter should be used to prevent dirt from clogging the muffler during operation.
5. Although the golden turbine vibrator can be placed in any position, it is recommended that it be operated in order to prolong its life.
In order to avoid side pressure on the ball bearings, the rotor axle should be mounted horizontally whenever possible.
Intermittent operation should be avoided because the rotor will continue to run for approximately ten seconds after the air pressure has been decreased. 6.
Because of this, it should only be operated intermittently when the off time is greater than 10-20 seconds.

I recently purchased a GT10. The muffler that came with the package does not fit. In order to make it fit, I’ll have to find some sort of adapter.
