These gears are absolutely incredible. There is no other pair of gears that has as much bevel or spiral-ness as this one does. The incredible way in which the gears work together to translate rotational force from one axis to another is truly remarkable. No, I’m not even planning on putting them in the Makita drill – it would be a shame to put the Mona Lisa of gear sets to work.. or would it be a shame to allow these gears to do what they were designed for?
