It didn’t work for me the first time I tried to use it. To hold charcoal and wood for the smoker, I used about 100 finish nails to make a cabinet out of wood and some charcoal. Today is Sept. 9th, and the return window closed on August 23. VERY DISSATISFIED and Angry. It didn’t fire. Now only the air that is near the trigger comes out. This has made me angry.
After contacting the seller, I got an email right away and was told that a new nailer would be sent out today. Will update again as soon as I get it.
Check out the second update. This stopped working on Wednesday, so I contacted Castlerock Tools on Thursday. Thursday night, they said something. They told me on Friday that another nailer would be sent to me. I got the nailer on Tuesday. Excellent customer service and a good product back-up. It’s a 5.
