Lightweight and durable materials are used to make this grout mixer, and it has a carbon steel mixing rod. This mixer is of high quality. Oil paint, cement, fodder, resins, printing ink, thin-set mortar, plaster, cementitious adhesives, and other materials can be mixed with this.
It has a powerful 1600W motor and a dual-paddle that looks like a screw. This makes the machine mix very well and thoroughly, which saves you a lot of time and stops the mortar from splattering all over the place. When the cement mixer gets too hot, it will turn itself off.
High and low gearboxes each have a 7-speed progressive switch (MIN, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and MAX) that lets you change the speed. You can set different speeds based on how sticky the material is. People in the high gear run at 380-850RPM. People in the low gear run at 240-500RPM.
It has dual ergonomic steering wheel handles on both sides and a sink motor, so it takes very little effort and does a very good job. In order to make manual operation less tiring, the mixer has a handle that is very comfortable and stable.
It comes with two carbon brushes, two wrenches, and an instruction manual that make it easy to install and use the concrete mixer. The carbon brush can be changed with the replacement, which makes the concrete mixer last longer.
A corded dewalt drill and a corded hammer drill both died when I used them to make a small amount of mortar. Before I bought this mixer, though, I had used two other drills to make a small amount of mortar.
This mixer is very durable and long-lasting, and I’m very happy with my choice.
If you need to mix 10 bags of self-leveling concrete, this is the tool for the job. I’m not a big mixer, so I don’t do a lot of it.
