This is a simple tile saw. My main complaint was the fence. A lot of changes get annoying if you have to make a lot of them all the time. Also, it’s hard to get both ends of the fence to line up perfectly with the blade. This can cause problems with some cuts (particularly thin pieces used near edges of tile.

Hexagon tiles aren’t square or rectangular, so I didn’t use the jig that comes with it. A standard jig can’t be made for that, but it might be something to think about because it took me a little thought to make a perfectly square jig to hold the hexagonal tile with the tools I had. However, everything works well enough. The saw/arbor could have been mounted a little further back, but that’s probably just because I like the tile I worked with better than the other tiles I’ve worked with. All in all, I’m glad I didn’t have to use the scratch tool.
