With 160 lbs. of vibratory force and 7,200 vibrations per minute (VPM), the vibco VS-250 silent Pneumatic turbine Vibrator is a high-performance machine that employs the company’s patented silent turbine Vibrator design. It is equipped with an integrated exhaust Muffler and a 2-bolt foot mount with mounting holes that are 4″ center-to-center. The cast-iron housing is resistant to corrosion and is therefore suitable for harsh environments. This product can be used to replace noisy ball and piston-style vibrators that require lubricated air to function properly. The vibco VS-250 is rated for continuous duty up to 60 psi maximum and is pre-lubricated for life. It requires 60-80 psi of clean, dry air and consumes only 10.5 cfm while operating at just 70 db on the a-scale at one meter.
