I just bought this fan for my new work shop. My first thought was, “Wow, this thing is great for the price. I put the fan in place, turned it on, and started working. I was surprised to see how dirty the filter became in just a few minutes. Every filter looks dirty in minutes, but that doesn’t mean it needs to be changed. When I was done working, I went to turn the fan off with the remote that came with the fan. In this case, the remote did not work at all. I messed with it, changed the batteries, and it worked. Because my fan is 10 feet off the ground, I have to use a ladder to get to it to turn it on or off. They have a great thing going with the fan, but they need to change the remotes. They’re not very good at all.
