You can read my first review here. This machine was great when it was new. It had a lot of suction, and I really liked the docking station that came with it. I’ve had it for about seven months now, and after two months, I’ve had no problems with it. It didn’t work at first. And customer service told me to plug the cord into the battery that had been disconnected. But it can be done. Then, the self-cleaning didn’t work. Only one side of the brush would make water. I’m very angry. I will throw this away when I find a good deal on a bissell. If I could go back, I would have started with that or a Tineco and worked my way up. I don’t think anyone should do this.

Wow!!. I am crying because I truly believe that this is going to change my life for the better. It suction is great, but there is too much water left over or it moves everything but dust around. So I was afraid to spend hundreds of dollars on a vacmop.
However. To be honest, I did a lot of research and thought this was the best way to go.

Almost as good as my Shark vacuum at getting the job don. The mop is great. My video shows that our floors are black. Look at them wrong, and they get dirty. None of my floors have ever been so clean.
There are six kids under the age of seven in this video, so the floors are very dirty. As for how well this cleans, I have to say I’m amazed. Video: I hope this helps you if you’re not sure. It gets a 12/10 from me.
