The one for the 026 doesnt look bad but when my 026s get dark like that I replace them. That one may be dark from improper cleaning so its hard to be for certain. Alot of the newer filters get dirty to the point they cant be cleaned and replacement is the only choice so as a precaution Id replace the 026 filter as well.
