The product is well-made and has a good fit and finish. It also has a lot of noticeable suction. I added a 12′ extension to the hose that came with it, just for “Gee-Wiz.” I was able to get water from an old Cistern tank at my grandparents’ farm because we didn’t have a sump-pump, so I did that. Because the water was moving along the line, I didn’t believe what I was seeing. When it reached the top, it started shaking the vacuum’s tank. Keep in mind that if you get the vacuum cleaner at the right angle, it will want to stick to the floor and you’ll need a lot of force to get the attachment free. This is true for hardwood or garage floors. It may be a noisy machine, but this Wet-Dry Vac has the best suction I’ve ever seen. I’ll just keep my ear plugs on hand, because that’s the only thing I can think of that I don’t like.
