In general, this saw works well. There are parts I thought were metal but they’re high-impact plastic, which I would have liked to see, but I’m fine with the tool being lighter.
My main problem is that I bought this and had to return it because it didn’t have the parallel guide and the dust adapter. I also got this second one, but it doesn’t have both the parallel guide and the dust adapter. Calling worx, they said it should have them and would send me the replacement parts. But seeing all the bad reviews about it not having them, it’s hard to give it a better rating.
Besides, the hex key is a little hard to see on the side of the handle. I missed it at first.
Calling today, Worx said they had canceled the items because “they don’t even have the items yet. Until now, I’ve been using worx to build up my tool collection. If they show misleading pictures on their website and elsewhere, advertise features they don’t offer, and have bad customer service, I’ll be looking for a different company (waiting two weeks on the parts only to find out they had cancelled them internally with no notice to me)
