Applicability: These diamond sanding pads are used for a variety of applications including concrete polishing sanding, granite and marble polishing sanding, granite and marble tile, travertine and terazzo, ceramic and porcelain tile, artificial and natural stones polishing sanding, and granite and marble tile for an ultimate glossy mirror or honed polishing finish. The diamond sanding pads and discs are available in a variety of grit sizes. When it comes to stone floors and countertops, wet diamond polishing pads are always the smarter and better option.
The polishing pads are made of high-quality diamond powder impregnated in high-temperature resistant resin; they are sharp and wear-resistant, and can be used on flat or curved surfaces or edges; they are excellent for fast polishing speeds of rough grinding, smooth grinding, fine grinding, and polishing. They are also available in a variety of sizes.
Common Application: The entire process is divided into four stages: coarse grinding, fine grinding, grinding, polishing, and polishing. This set contains five pads in each of the following sizes: 50#, 100#, 200#, 400#, and 800#.
Flexible Pads: Flexible pads are designed to provide perfect polish on flat surfaces (countertops, floors, etc.) as well as curved surfaces (Countertop Edge). It is extremely effective on all types of profiles, including Demi, full bullnose, Bevel, Ogee, and profiles with similar curves.
Straightforward to use: WYNNsky backed polishing pads for quick connection and removal, with a water hole in the center, and color coded backers to distinguish between different grits of polishing pads. Polishing pads with a 3MM thickness, with a maximum RPM of 4500 and an optimal RPM of 2200.
There are only two parts to this tool: a grit disc and a loop pad that attach to a right angle grinder. My angle grinder turns at 11,000 rpm even though I’m using a pad rated at 12,000 rpm. Grinding pads do not remain in the center of the loop attachment pad, and as soon as they stray even a small distance from the center, all hell breaks loose. The multi-grit pads are excellent, but they will not function properly unless the attaching loop pad is functioning properly, which means that the entire system is a disappointment in my opinion.
